Headphones are non-negotiable!

Headphones or earphones must be worn by every person on every recording.
Without headphones...
1. Echo
Without headphones your microphone will be able to hear both you and your guests.

This creates an echo.
2. Recovery
Your recording software will desperately try to save the recording by removing the echo.
​
This is called echo cancellation.
3. Result
The echo cancellation process is extremely destructive and impacts your audio greatly.

The result is very poor audio.

This is the type of audio you can expect to receive if headphones are not worn.
