Why do I need headphones?
Unless everyone wears headphones your audio quality will suffer greatly. Here's why...
Without headphones...
Your microphone can hear both you and the guest. This creates an echo. This echo can be fixed using echo cancellation but it severely degrades the audio quality.
With headphones...
Your microphone can only hear your voice. No echo is created and audio quality is optimised.
